We take pride in offering all of our customers great service on all orders with Glasses2You. All of our prescription frames are made-to-order by our laboratory to ensure crystal clear vision. Find all delivery and product information here.

Delivery Timescale & Costs

We can ship orders globally with our standard delivery fee starting from £4.95 (free over £40) for UK delivery and £12.50 (free over £100) for International delivery. All orders are sent from our office in the UK.

Once your glasses have completed production (see below for timescales), we will ship them by your chosen method and the estimated timescale and costs are:

Production Information

Because your glasses are custom-made to your prescription, delivery can vary depending on their complexity. We will send your specs as soon as our laboratory has finished customising your lenses and fitting them to your new frame. The majority of orders are dispatched within 4-7 working days but can sometimes take a little longer.

Rest assured, we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but to us, it's more important to deliver a high-quality job that is perfect rather than sacrifice quality for speed.

What delivery options are available for my glasses?

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, whether you're in the UK or ordering internationally:

How long will it take for my glasses to arrive?

Orders typically take 5-7 working days for standard UK delivery, as your glasses are custom-made to your prescription. More complex lenses and coatings may take longer so we ask you to give us up to 14 days for these orders. International deliveries usually take 7-14 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order through the "Your Order History" section in your account. You will also receive emails with regular updates.

Do Glasses2You deliver internationally?

Yes, Glasses2You delivers internationally to select countries. Shipping fees are £12.50, but free for orders over £100. Delivery times vary by location and are displayed at checkout.

What happens if my glasses are delayed?

While Glasses2You strives for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. You can track your order or contact customer service for updates. If necessary, the team will assist with resolving delivery issues.

Is express delivery available?

To receive your order faster, you can choose the "Royal Mail Tracked 24" option for £5.95, which delivers your order within 1–2 days after processing, or the "Special Delivery" option for £9.95, which ensures delivery on the next working day after processing.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, Glasses2You will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Contact customer support immediately for help.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can update your delivery address by contacting customer service as soon as possible.

Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?

Glasses2You aims to use environmentally friendly packaging materials wherever possible, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Are delivery fees refundable if I return my glasses?

Delivery fees are not typically refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error by Glasses2You.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, you can have your new glasses sent to any address and doesn't need to be your billing address. Simply enter this address during the ordering process.
